My 2 hunts w/ Clay were good. I REALLY want too go on one of his Mt. Lion Hunts (calling trip)

We had Clay, Clint, and Tim from Pope Brothers up here in NM last year on an elk hunt. They are really good guys to hang out with and hard hunters. I wouldn't hesitate to book a hunt with Em!

Pope is straight up. I have talked with him by phone on occasion. You may get some bad reviews off another Texas forum. Dust it off and know they got their butt feelings hurt and that was on them not Clay. The reason I know it's happened to me as an outfitter by that group as well as another outfitter from this sight. You will be fine.

they are good but there are better place for same price on animals, now grant it i did get a free axis cause guide didnt get me a big oryx on my hunt so we went and found a big axis and on my call weather to shoot him or not but lodging and stuff there is better but guides are very nice. the ranches are little small as well which is easy to see what is on them but kinda a walk in the park to shoot em.

We hunt a lot of different ranches most of them are large over 2000 acres and not a walk in the park, and we have lodging available from average to 5 star. We shot a 37 inch free range axis on a small 200 acre ranch the other day. We do our best to get our guys the best animals we can.
