Bear hunts are a great way to kick start your hunting season. Season starts August 16-31 which is a great time to get out of the heat and enjoy the cool mountains of New Mexico. We also have a fall season that starts Sept. 23- Nov. 15. Our hunts will be held in the Ruidoso area. We will have a full service bear camp equipped with everything needed to make your hunt a comfortable and successful hunt. The hunting will be done behind our pack of well trained hounds.      5-day bear hunts including meals, lodging, fully guided hunt, access to mules for back country hunting and trophy preparation for $2500. We haven't had much rain or snow this winter. Praying for more at least to keep the fires down this summer.

Advise from an old hunter Give it a try.  I've hunted Black Bear and Mountain Lion with dogs in New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada. It is a blast and a hunt you will never forget.

@ SheepHunter, That is one impressive signature! Great looking sheep! Dog hunting is some of the funnest hunting there is, in our opinion.Plus it really gives you the opportunity to really judge the animal and move around to make the best shot possible.
