Great shots of a beautiful country. That bird looks like a Goldfinch. american goldfinch was my first guess too

It's still quite cool up there. I suspect that spring is about a month later than here in Texas. Give it another month and I bet it will really green up and be really pretty. It was also very, very windy. Two days in row saw winds at 40-50 mph...allllll daaaaayyyyy loooonnngggg.
