Covered with what? Where did you get it? Covered with U-Panel Mossy Oak bottomland from Sweetwater steel. Insulated and has Deerview windows.

What tools do you use to cut windows and doors in the U Panel?

It looks like you framed it out of 1" tubing and lined the interior with plywood. Filled the wall space with rigid insulation and sheeted the outside with r panel. Is this correct?
I bet it would be really light weight if not for the plywood interior.

What tools do you use to cut windows and doors in the U Panel? I use a circular saw with a metal blade.

I bet it would be really light weight if not for the plywood interior. You are correct. And yes the plywood does make it heavier.

Would that be a table saw or hand held? All I have is a hand held. Hand held circular saw with metal cutting blade. Or you can turn a fine cut wood blade backwards.
