Another big heifer calf this morning. I was expecting a white face since the bull was a Hereford, but she came out solid red like her momma. Strong genetics I guess.

Nice calf. I bought my first heifers last year and I have had 5 healthy calfs in the past month. I have 1 more to go. Goodluck if you have more to go.

good looking momma and baby, I have been lucky so far I have 7 calves standing and all dropped without complication. I am waiting on 5 more which should be anyday now!

How do you get your grass so green! Umm, lots of cow poop? Weve gotten decent rain so far. The cows and chicken keep it clipped pretty good. And the momma cow is a Red Brangus. She is the best cow Ive got, built like a rhino. She was bred to a big Hereford. This is her second calf.
