I have got quite a nice collection now but don't know what to do with them other than admire them.

I have seen a lot of places start to stack them on top of each other and build a tree looking pile. Kind of like the Christmas tree at Bass Pro.
I do not have that many so I just tighten up the ones that line the porch railing. Friends grab some for table decorations and art projects.

I sold mine.

A bunch of things:

- Some go to a knife maker friend for handles
- Some get donated to local schools for educational use
- Some I keep for rattling purposes
- Some I give to my kids
- Any left over go to my dogs as chew toys

I am lucky because I own a section of river where the deer yard up in late december to survive our winter. Result is come late January early February I can have a 100 deer in the river bottom with about 1/3 of them bucks dropping antlers. Problem is I don't get to look until late April after the snow melts. By this time some of the sheds have been chewed by mice.

I like them on coffee tables and mantles. They make some cool lamps if you know someone who can make one for you.

I used some to make a fireplace utensil holder - the tines on the top of the holder are used to slide each utensil over - looks great

We put a lot of ours on the top of our BBQ pavillion. Pre-drill, then screw them into the horizontal 2x6s below the metal roof. Adds a nice rustic touch. I give some to friends also, and of course rattlin' horns.

I just had a huge piles of them in my living room, some on the fireplace and rest in the office or barn in totes. Matched pairs I used shed connectors to mount them on the walls of the barn.

They find a spot somewere lol. the good ones inside the old or small hang somewere on the porch

I had a pile of them taking up space so I zip tied them to my fence around my Pigeon coop. I also put all my cow / bull skulls and even have a horse skull on there. Now I have lots of room to add a bunch more over the years.

I don't ever find enough of them to worry about doing anything with them. I manage to find 2-3 a year. Going to make an effort this year to go look right after they drop instead of just hoping to stumble across them like normal.

the really nice ones we keep, I've got a small matching set in my office and one nice axis shed that I've found.

Anybody got a shed drop update? I am thinking they should all be slickheads in the next week or so - in the CrossTimbers, at least.

I had 3 bucks with antlers on cam 2 weeks ago now 1 in Killeen. Prob gonna take my little man shed hunting tomorrow.

Billybob made a few for me, turned out real nice

Threw them in boxes for years until I made an "Antler Tree". Cut down a tree and mounted it to a oil drum dolly, filled the base with concrete for stability. Castors make it easily moved for cleaning or rearranging furniture.

Used one for the handle on the outhouse door.
