Look forward to this. Not sure how ready I am as I didn't have a chance to shoot my rifle past 200 but it will be fun non the less, and I look forward to meeting yall.

There's only one stage that's 300 yards. And you'll see splash if you miss, so you can correct for it.

Chad and I shot every stage today. Both of us didn't clean every one. We each dropped some shots on a couple of stages. This will be challenging on some stages and pretty do-able on others. Gonna be a ton of fun!

Anybody that's on the fence, come on out. There's plenty of room for more and we have plenty of Range Officers.

Had a BLAST today! Thank you Chad and Jason for hosting this. Even though I was last in points, I learned a TON about my rifle and myself. Look forward to the next one, go ahead and count me in.

Chris

I also want to say I feel Jason jinxed me by putting me first. LOL, he did say that the first shooter never wins

Thanks Jason and Chad for putting this on, it was a great time. Also thanks Ramball for putting the bench on the prize table, it sure was nice. It was great to get to meet everyone and have a good day of shooting. I look forward to doing this more than once a year if we can.

Haha man I think for most of us never going over 100-150 yards today was a great learning experience. I know I learned a lot from today.

Huge thank you to everyone!

I'm glad yall came out. We had no real safety issues. Everyone cooperated. Lots of targets were hit iwht authority. No complaints (cept BIL) but he doesn't count.

Thanks again for everyone's participation! Now you're officially competitive rifle shooters.

Big thank you to Walter for the donation to the prize table, and the koozies.

Big thank you to Ramball36 for the use of the shooting bench and the donation of it to the prize table. It worked very well. Everyone that used it was plenty satisfied with it.

Thank you both!

Who won that thing? And were cargo pants mandatory or is that just what you long range dudes do?

By far my favorite was the Ferris wheel. That was lots of fun really like the reactive targets. Might not have liked if as much if was shooting a bolt gun.

It's what the tacticool guys do bolt

Sounds like fun...I should've come out and shot with y'all because the wind blow like a mother in Graham and a 30br is not the round to be shooting in the wind. Glad y'all had fun!

A Great Time was had by all. Good to meet and yak with all kinds of folks that I could never meet any other way. IMO Jason & Chad have set a high standard for an event like this on their 1st effort. I fished Pot Luck bass tournaments for lots of years back before the organized circuits came about and saw lots of disasters from unorganized Organizers...but The Guys hit a Home Run to be proud of with this Challenge ...even if BIL won it.

Thank God the rain I got right as I pulled of the Hwy to go to the house... held off, and day was fantastic with not enough mist to even dirty up a scope lense or my glass's, or even the 4x4 crowd would have needed a wrecker to pull us out. 10 minutes after I finished unloading the truck in a light drizzle, I could not see the end of the driveway except when the lightning hit with a sizzle sound nearby, Texoma needs 3 weeks steady everyday of that kinda rain just to catch up.

THAT was the Most fun I've had in years even just as an observer. But watch out next time as I got plenty time to get ready, and with some notice I'll for sure be on time. Just remember ...270 Shootin' Geezers Rule!

OBTW Mebbe we can sweet talk Walter and somehow chip in some Venison and get him to make a pile of that Jalapena Sausage. He could put a hurt on some the commercial stuff I've eaten elsewhere.

Lol the Ferris wheel was tough enough don't think we need too many moving targets.
