The only Ruger I've got is a 204 Varmint, and it's a tack driver. At the moment I'm looking for a No.1 in 6.5x55......Always wanted one

When I was 14 I spent the summer mowing yards so I could buy my first deer rifle....M77MKII Stainless .270 & Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10x40 Total cost in 1999 = $900.00 out the door and it was the best money I ever spent on a gun; 16years later I own rifles that cost 3X what I paid for this rifle and scope together.....but none of them shoot as well. Actually every M77 I have ever owned shot well; and lets face it the 10/22 is the BEST .22 EVER MADE! I lost count at 50 deer killed with this rifle and that was in 2009.

Love Ruger. My 30.06 M77 is the best rifle I've ever owned. Bought the gun in 1999, sighted in the scope, and it's shot true for 15 years. I haven't had to tweak the windage/elevation on the scope even once!

Yes, I am a fan. I have a 10/22 and P97DC (45ACP) and have also done well trading RGR.

Single Six, LCR, Blachhawk, GP 100, 10-22. No shotguns yet but love their revolvers.

I have no love for a ruger. Never had one that shot good. That said....I'm thinking of giving the american in a .223 compact a try this yr though. Funny, I haven't found a factory rifle that I haven't had to tweak...of any manufacture. Including my Sako and kimbers and especially Remington.

If I was limmited to only ONE Manufacturer, Ruger would get the nod. Yep. Love me some Ruger M77's. I have owned many calibers and still have 30-06, 243 & 22-250. Been trying to wear out the 22-250 for 35 years and my groups are as tight as ever. Have maybe cleaned the bore 5 times in 35 years. Ruger's shoot better dirty.

Gas guzzler. I dig that 10/22 in the pic. Guess I just don't know the 10/22 well, but is that as special edition?

I currently own or have owned more Rugers than any other brand beginning with a Super Single Six bought back in 72-73.
Since then I have owned;
2 10/22s, Blackhawk .357, .357 Service Six, .22 Mark II Standard, 9mm P-95DC and my latest an LC9.
I shot the LC9 for the first time today. I have never been disappointed by Ruger and am well pleased with the function and accuracy of the LC9 today.
I'm already thinking about my next Ruger hoping they put a hammer on the .22 lr LCR!

10/22 First gun I ever owned. My dad bought me and my older brother one each prolly 30 yrs ago. Still got it! I also had a new model Super Blackhawk .44 mag w/10.5" barrel. Shoulda never let that one go.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Gas guzzler. I dig that 10/22 in the pic. Guess I just don't know the 10/22 well, but is that as special edition? Only special to me. I built it from a plain carbine including the polish and woodwork. Thanks for the compliment.
Pass the gravy.

Thanks. I'm sure you can do the same. I have another stock, barrel band, butt plate for a project. That stock was a plain "hardwood" stock I stripped the Ruger mud from before the stain. I will likely do something similar with the new set I have and do it to resell. Looks like late May before I can put something for sale here because of obvious posting rules.
Pass the gravy.
