vortex viper 6.5-20x44 with 30mm tube and i added the sunshade Nice, I thought that was a Vortex Viper. That's the exact scope I have on my .308

Is that the factory stock and bolt? Good looking rig! Any particular reason you chose .243 over other calibers? .243 is well capable of 1000yds so figured i would give it a whirl. also a lot of longrange shooters are going to the smaller calibers and getting great BC out of them just like you would in the bigger calibers Are you going to be running 115-120gr bullets?

No im gonna run 105gr A-Max and 105gr VLD's I dont think the twist will stabalize the heavier bullets in 115gr-120gr
