Sorry about the bad luck, but I would call again.... or until they hear my complaint
Being ignored once by them was enough for me to see what kind of company they are. I think I am going to take others advice and see if I can find someone to put new soles on them. I just ignore Wolverine every time I need new boots ever since this happened.
