No need for everyone to debate this. Shot a couple out of it and rezero, take less time than guessing at a big buck and save the heartache

Elm only about 5min from my office I was thinking something more like "All Knowing Doctor Jedi Ninja Hunting Master of the Universe". However, "Tooth Fairy" will work.

4 pages, really?
Go shoot the damn rifle!
I shot yesterday, and I shot today. Wanted to see what I could hit, cold bore, both days. Of course it helps that I'm on my land building a rifle range....

Shoot 'em and find out. Of my two 30-06s one will not shoot for crap with 150gr bullets, but 180s rock.
-ww It probably has a 1:10" twist rate. Nailed it!
A thousand reasoned opinions never equal to one case of diving in and finding out.

As some have mentioned shoot the rifle and correct. Once you decide on the factory ammo run back to the shop and buy the same lot number. Don't expect a particular brand will shoot better than another. Buy a couple of different brands. Federal Fusion ammo is very good.
Far as the twist 1-10 is standard and will stabilize 130's to 220's.

Buy the ammo. Go shoot it and correct as needed.
