I understand both sides. But things happen everyday out of our control. Unfortunately the computer went down and there was nothing anybody could do about it. I do agree with bigpigtx, a manager should have been called to help out the situation in someway. I'm not in retail but am in wholesal and when something goes wrong with a customers order we do either discount or pay upgraded shipping to correct the issue. In this case the Academy should have done something to diffuse the situation some how. It's called customer service and use to mean something.
