Any suggestions within 50 miles of Fort Worth. Tired of doing it myself. Ready to pay. Who is the best, cleanest, and most reputable.

I have never used them but people rave about Syracuse on I-35W up past the race track. Have been told they are pricey but really good.

This is gonna be one of those ask 10 people get 5 - 10 different answers kinda questions.

IMO, Fischers in Muenster is the best, well worth the drive.

Around DFW I'd use Kubys, none better near the metromess.

I've had Syracuse do 9 deer, never been happy with the product.
( very inconsistent)

I've had good luck with Syracuse but as had been mentioned they are a bit pricey.

I just took mine there....I'll let you know. One nice thing is they provide samples of all their sausages.

I've used both Kuby's and Syracuse. Both produce great sausage and I have never had a bad batch from either place.

I found Joshua Deer Processing a few years ago...will never use anyone else. You take your animal in, you get your animal back, no mixing with others.
I used Syracuse a long time ago and got the worst tasting meat and sausage i ever had. I was not treated well, poor customer service, because i was new to taking my deer in to a processor I had several questions and they acted like i was a inconvience. Will not go back.

..This place is awesome...everything is cry o vac packed and no doubt you get your deer back...very reasonable compared to the "city" processors...I have been going there 12 years and never had one problem...They will actually give you a pretty close guestimate of what you will get in return...they are right on 174..

Syracuse is a little more expensive but I can guarantee some of the best products out there. Get the buck sticks. And a lot of em. They're addicting. Does anyone know if their name changed to Cinnamon Creek? A buddy told me this last week.

Just called down there to see if they did hunter sticks and they don't. Asked about getting my deer back and they said I would get my steaks back, but my sausage and chili/burger would be mixed with other peoples deer because it makes it better. I guess I will keep doing it myself. Don't like the idea of someone else's deer being mixed with mine. Never know how the animal was harvested or cleaned if it wasn't yours.

Rustler, I used to use Fischers in Munster but won't do it again. They have been under new management for the last couple of years. The year before last, I watched 4 "butchers" butchering deer and tossing everything into one pile. When I picked up the meat, the order was all screwed up. I complained and the guy went back and picked up some meat to get the order right. But, I still go there to buy cherry butter, root beer and jerky.

The previous Manager has opened a place a couple of blocks away and I'm going to try him if I ever finally find anything that I want to shoot. He tells me that they still cut them one deer at a time.

Syracuse is good - they're Italian guys from New York, they know sausage.

If I don't have time do mine myself I take it out to them. Never had a problem.
