Nice Buck! Nice Cherokee County buck. Mind saying what area? You didn't hear where the shot came from? I could tell from here.

I should have heard that .338 from here! Maybe I was on the toilet at the time. I always try to gauge the shots "heard 'round the neighborhood." My house is within a mile of three large leases on the Neches river.

I hunt on a club that's in the North Neches co-op near Maydelle

If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

Dan the bullet entered right in front of the last rib and exited in front of the off side shoulder.im not one to wait for the classic broadside shot.i tend to use enough gun to drive the bullet from one end to the other if need be.

338 doesn't matter what part of the body you shoot them in. Just center up the body and squeeze.

Suckers got cool tall beams. Very pretty deer.
You're a better man then me, I sighted my dads 338 in and quit after 4 shots, I'd had enough....apparently ever one else did at the range did too, they cleared out quick
