Nice ones been coming from Falls. Hey Navasot. That pup I got from you has turned into one heluva cow dog. I know a few cowboys around that might be intersted if you have find yourself with another litter. smile

I hunted for 12 years in Mills Co, near Star. Bennett Creek ran through the property.

The deer hunting was quite good, and the turkey hunting was outstanding along the creek.

That was in a year where it only rained just over 9" from May till Dec. This year it has rained 25" since Jan and about 20" since May. He and most of the bucks were in really poor shape during and after the rut.
