I went out this afternoon and cut a small load of firewood.
I was driving back right before dark and checked all of the wheat fields and nothing was stirring I could see

I doe is all I saw...wind didn't get bad until sundown. I'll wait till Saturday morning. Calling for 25 mph tomorrow.

Had a buck just come threw nose to the ground. He stopped at feeder for a min then split.

Days like this I hate to but I keep all the windows open. The shots come pretty quick! Good luck

Sleeting pretty good right now. I'll have to head to work shortly. If I didn't have customers coming all the way from eastland I'd be in this blind all day. Deer should really be moving once the wind and sleet/rain die down. Tomorrow should be prime.

Just had another small buck run threw. Ground is turning white fast.

Wasn't expecting roads to get that slick. Wasn't bad at all on the way in but was some slippery spots headed back. Y'all be safe .

I had all kinda deer moving this eve. Let a real nice 8 walk and saw several other bucks I never seen before. Pigs came in late but I let them walk also.
