I usually spend the night in my feeder pen to change the time back an hour, just like the white house tells us to.


you people that aren't changing the time on you feeders are just going to screw up your hunting! which is fine with me, more deer on my place!

When we fill up feeders the last time before opening weekend we switch to the new time and adjust our throw times to the gradually changing sun rise and set times. I've made a change this year from my usual 30 minutes before sunrise, to now going off at 7:30 (DST) and having my other feeder which is located opposite side of my blind, go off at 8:30am. Just a new theory.


So she says "sure Honey, I agree, you DO need a new deer rifle..." And that, boys, is how I ended up with new living room furniture!
