Not yet, but planning on cooking a little of the tenders this Friday/Saturday night...maybe sooner. Don't know how long I can last without knowing how good they'll taste. I cut out almost 40 pounds of steaks from that one hindquarter and the rest was trimmings, fat, bone,ect.

I hope I'll have room in the freezer for all this meat, otherwise, I'll have to put on an "elk party" for the folks on here!! Yall will have to bring the beer, fixings and SINGLE GOOD LOOKING women...that's all I ask.
