Yes altez we will be at 4 Pines. Heard great things about them. The fence section is hard to budget for, but I am glad he put it in. Can't wait.

its as easy as seeing one and shooting it. if you can't see one, or can't shoot straight, then it can be pretty tough.

there's tons of hogs across the state. more in some parts than others. depends on how much hunting pressure they get. when they aren't hunted they are pretty dumb. but once the bullets start flying they wise up pretty fast.

MEXIA, has more hogs than deer, yes they spook easier, they hear the spot light switch or your safety at 100yrds, makes up for the lack of day light sight. on our Bosque county lease last year
we trapped 95 pigs in a weekend, and woke up Monday to see 63 in the pasture....Never ending Battle!! Not to mention had 20 trying to get in the duck blind with us in Wise county at early teal season!

NOTHING TASTE BETTER THAN BACON WRAPPED IN BACON!!

Taking hogs is as easy as point and shoot. Finding hogs on the other hand can be a slightly more complicated issue, but not by much if you are certain there are some on the property.

If you are certain there are hogs on the property and want gauranteed hogs to shoot at, throw up a feeder. Let it run without any intrusion into the area for 2 weeks. After that, get a comfy chair to sit in and setup within 100 yards of the location and taking hogs is simply a matter of how many shots you can get off before they are scattered to the 4 corners.

Repeat every two weeks and give out the reccomended dosage of Vitamin Lead to all available takers. If you find that you arent really denting the population, increase your hunting intervals.

I hunt in the piney woods of east Texas and there are more hogs than deer. Taking a hog is easy for us till the pressure starts. I do believe that hogs are extremely smart and have a good memory. I think if they had thumbs they could drive a car. Hopefully you will have success on your hunt and you will be pleased with how a nice hog taste.

We don't have enough on our place.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

Deer hunting is like the European theater in WWII.

Hog hunting is the Pacific.
