Digusting, every time i hunt i pick up after some lazy dovehunters, shame on you. Beerbottles, shells , etc. tired of it, its gettin old and very disrespectful

Yeah. I made sure to pick up every shell I shot before I went out to get the bird so that I didnt forget. Now I need to give these shells away to someone who reloads.

I shot 21 shells on Monday. Last night my kid counted 218 12, 16 and 20 gauge shells that I picked up. I was using a 28 gauge.

You would think basic respect would come into play at some point.

It is disgusting. Bill and I always haul off, wayyyy more then what we packed in.

It's no damn wonder, that with each passing year there are fewer and fewer places to hunt.

Sounds like me, I shoot 20ga and pick up a lot of 12s.......and guys can't figure out why private land owners close their doors to everyone or get invited back with friends. Always a good idea to have a small plastic shopping bag with you to pick up after yourself.

It take less than 3-5 minutes to pick up all your trash....

I have 800 acres outside of burnet that I let people hunt until they leave trash and then it is bye bye.

I'm right there with y'all, if ya can't clean up after yourself, stay home!!!!! Only time I hadn't picked up my spent shells was three yrs ago when we had the bad drought. Went hunting and kept track of rds fired. Well, could not Find and retrieve all casings as they fell into the 3" cracks in the ground. Cracks are only about an inch this yr, so should be able to retrieve them all. Still think my bird to shell ratio won't be good, but will have fun. Shotguns just not my thing. Enjoy putting lots of rifle rounds in as small a hole as possible and eliminating yotes!!' Always save brass for reloading!!!!!!

Did you tell the land owner? Hopefully they care about keeping their property clean and will not allow that group to hunt there again. I have seen some land owners not care, amazing but true. I picked up a whole trash bag of hulls on private one time, told the owner what I did and he did not even care, most of the hulls were probably his lol.

Evening of opening day my boy and I set up at a new place and there were hulls everywhere. I bet him he couldn't find 50 and he found more than 70. Sad people that have no respect.

Kinda off subject but I hate going to a paid hog hunt and having to clean everyone elses trash from the blind just so I can sit down. Last time I filled an entire corn sack with beer cans, candy wrappers, toilet paper, and piss bottles.

I seems you would or could know who did it if on private. Handle it.

Beer and guns no good

Last Mon. I was on a hunt with a guide I know and wound having to get in a tree line between two fields to get some shooting in. A field on one side was absolutly littered with empties. To make things worse when I dropped a bird in some light brush just across a fence I found 3 dead birds from the day before that someone did,nt look very hard for. Found mine easily. No respect for the property or the game.

The only upside that I saw on public lands were fewer beer cans lying around than usual. I picked up a few empties also but there were too many of those yet either

We pick all of ours up and any others we see as well as trash.

This morning I went to scout a private spot that had supposedly not been hunted this week. A few weeks ago it was loaded with birds and I wanted to take my boy and two of his buddies there this weekend.

Hmmmmm, no birds. Drove along the east side of the property and there were hundreds of spent shells, empty beer cans, and feathers. Somebody was even nice enough to get some corn from the field, take if off the cob, and put it in a nice pile. Salt in the wound the @#%@#$@s were squatters.
