This year is looking good. For all of the oilfield/gas well talk, this ranch proves it can still hold deer. This ranch is 8,000 acres. Low fence in the panhandle smack dab in the middle of the boom going on. This ranch has about 400 gas/oil wells on it. Lots of traffic and vehicles everywhere. It is looking promising....I think I have this bucks sheds from last year. If so, he grossed 148" (I gave him 17" spread)...looks like he is much much wider.    Big mature buck we hope to hunt during archery...  Couple more nice ones......   Think I have this deers sheds also....smaller 9 pt...middle set of sheds..

Good luck bud, I bet this is going to be a long month ahead and Brenton getting blood on his hands last weekend isnt making it easier on ya im sure. Hope you get that bruiser this year, be a dang nice one to see on the ground.

Those sheds look to be around 132 but that BIG boy you got is a true STUD....GOOD LUCK!

Guys, I am not a certified scorer, but I can score deer. I will try to post measurements.
I said 148" WITH a 17" spread. Not just the scored antlers.
No bad feelings, just want to show some good deer pics.
