Title says it all. My main gun will be the savage 270 shooting the 95 gr ttsx. With the occasional 338-06 not pictured. My daughter will be shooting her 223. That I cut down and build up the check piece with foam and tape. Lol.



She shoots it well off the field pod 2" groups@ 75 yards.

Passthru, any bow would have a hard time competing with a rifle, but a Mathews has a hard time competing with a real bow.

Most likely my 7mm-08 Ackley. It worked pretty good last year running 162gr Amax's.

I changed the scope out (again) on the 280AI last night.
The 3-12x56 just felt too top heavy..
I put on my S&B 1.5-6 and it handles much better..
The glass is so good I can easily nail clay pidgeons at 500 yards with it..

Those S&B scopes are nice, a good friend has a fixed 6 or 8 power that is amazing.

They are all legal in Texas. This aint yankee/yuppie land Jackie.
