My wife and I were in the garden when we heard a rattle from under the watermelons. She grabbed my 22 pistol and went to town on him.  Inside the rattlesnake was a dead hornytoad. Not that I needed another reason to kill rattlesnakes but I definately don't want them killing our hornytoads.  It made me feel a little better when I was walking out to throw the dead rattler over the fence into our pasture when I ran across this fella.

Atta a Girl.. S&W or Beretta 22? Beretta Neos, fun shooting little gun. Boys was getting ready for bed because we have a 0830 baseball game in the morning and a 30min drive to get there. Not so much a morning person unless he is hunting.
