Mine, connected to a plain old 6v. rechargeable lantern battery will sling corn far and hard enough to hurt at 10 yds. (where I park my truck). I've never measured the spread, but I would guess around 15 yds with the spinner around 6' high.

However far it is from the spinner plate straight to the ground. That's why I won't buy another one.

My 12V on low will throw about 12'(24' circle). On high it'll throw it about 35'(70' circle)!!!! I have a round 8 panel pen & it'll throw it a good ways outside of that AND I have a heavy duty squirrel cage it has to go thru too.

Yeah, there were some really good deals on some feeders and equipment at the show. I wished I was in the market for some of that stuff, but I wasn't. Glad you found what you were looking for and let us know how they work for you!
