.375 H&H.....Why? Why not? It not too bad$$ to shoot when you reload, and it doesn't matter what angle you are presented with. It just gives me a big smile on my face shooting hogs with something I could shoot an elephant with. It is not what I always use, but it is my favorite.

Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I ran over a 75 lb pig last weekend. It worked faster than my 7-08.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

.308 Win

If I could only own 1 rifle it would be a .308.....

Very accurate, Very stable, Low Recoil, & very good for hunting most big game in Texas.

Didnt have to see the name to know it was you.

In order of preference.

300 win mag. Nothing walks away
300 savage lever action so I can walk (or run) away
44 mag mountain gun. If walking is not an option.

Never hunt alone. You may need someone to shoot you to put you out of your misery.
