Vortex. I got my Crossfire 4x12x50AO right about $200.

I'll sell you my Tasco Target 6-24 x 40 for $80 + SH

leaves you some extra $$$ for ammo

It has TARGET DOT with thin cross hairs

it came off of my Ruger 77 Varmint 6mm PPC

Burris is a great scope in your price range. The Crossfire is the only Vortex scope made in China, unless things have changed. I would stay away from them. I have three Vipers though and am a fan. Cameraland usually has some demos at good prices and if you tell them you are a member of certain forums you get free shipping. I have also found some incredible scope deals at Bud's. I have never bought a used scope but the idea of buying a Leupold on eBay is appealing. You don't have any risk b/c if you buy a defective scope Leupold will fix or replace it for free. The next time I'm in the market for a Leupold I am going to look at ebay first.
