Smith & Wesson 642 .38 special +P in a Kramer pocket holster inside front jeans pocket. Carried that way for some time and forget I'm carrying it most of the time. No one has ever suspected I had a gun in my pocket (at least not mentioned it). The 642 is reliable, accurate, and easy to draw out of the Kramer holster.
It's not what you say, or think, that counts. It is what you DO!

Summer months my S & W airweight in .22 mag goes everywhere with me. At 10.5 ounces you don't even notice it.
For only having a 1 & 7/8 inch barrel recoil is hardly noticeable.
Just a nice shooting revolver.
Downside: They are expensive for what they are. A .22Mag is illegal for concealed carry. Must be center fire, .32 cal or larger. I don't agree with it, but that is te way the law is written.

So far, I have been unable to find anything about restricting what you can carry. I Did find the part about qualifying with .32 or above, but I was positive that there was another section stating what was legal to carry. I guess I was wrong!

Shoot the LCP a bit before you buy it. I have one, it's accuracy is poor and the recoil is more than I would have expected from a .380. I also have a Kel-Tec PF-9 that is slightly larger, just barely heavier but hits the target and is not unpleasant to shoot. When we worry about weight too much we overlook recoil and controllability. May you never need what ever you choose.

I carry an XD45 4" everyday in all seasons. A good carry belt makes a huge difference and a comfortable holster does too. I use Looper Leather belts and the tuckable IWB holster by Looper as well. I'm also a 6' 4" fat arse so your results may vary.

I would carry my sp101 in 357 in the summer and my g19 in cooler weather. Then I got a g23 and the g19 went back in the safe. I got a xds 45 about 2 months ago and love it. It goes everywhere with me. I'm working on finding a cc holster I like, but even the ones I'm not fond of make it disappear.

I'm in my first year of carrying and I've got a Ruger SP101 with 2 1/2" barrel in a Sticky's IWB holster. So far that setup has been working great for me. My typical day-wear is slacks or jeans with a t-shirt and an open button-down shirt (works kinda like a vest) and the Sticky's make's my revolver invisible. I don't think I could get away with just a t-shirt unless maybe it was pretty darn oversized and of thick material. But I do have to sometimes be careful bending over. Like others have mentioned it all comes down to overall size and weight of the gun and how you intend to carry it. And you'll probably have to make some wardrobe changes.

I carry my SIG P-238 for everyday carrywith and a F.I.E. pocket .25 as backup. The pocket .25 also serves as skinny clothes carry. [img:center] [/img] [img:center] [/img] [img:center] [/img] [img:center] [/img] That little F.I.E. is the most reliable auto I've ever shot.Never a failure of any kind with it.Both are single action.
