To expand on one of HuntnFish's suggestions...
With a herd like that, especially here in Texas, I'd say it's time to add a lever-gun. Something special about hunting with a lever action. Heritage, nostalgia, and just plain fun. Wide range of calibers you don't have. Pick one and expand your palate.
