I thought I might show our families getaway place. We bought a Morgan building Shell and finished it off. Took about a year and a half. My wife ended up having a great deal of input as the pictures show.

Neato... we did the same. Ours is 12 by 24... looks like yours is bigger. We put a spare mattress in the loft above the porch, a kitchen counter complete w/sink and stove top on the rear wall, finished the walls w/insulation & paneling, the ceiling w/insulation & 3" wide wood planks and ceiling fan, plus added porches on both sides. It's all we need for 'camp'. Plus we added an 8x8 Morgan building for the outhouse.

I bought a completed Morgan Cabin that is 14'x32'. I had them leave off the porch and add the extra to living space. How much do you have in your build total? I am going to sell mine when I have my house finished.

That is a really nice hunting cabin. Won't be long before your family will be spending more time in this cabin than your real home smile Nice!

The building with one door and no interior was $8,100. I have about $9,700.00 in materials in the building completion. About $18,000 total.Labor was mine, the son in laws and the grandsons.

I paid $24,700 delivered for mine with full stove in the kitchen, hot water heater, bathroom, closet, cabinets, windows, electircal, insulation, flooring and dividing wall in between living and bedroom. So you did save a lot of money then. Your own finished work looks great also up

stxranchman we have a lot of hours in it. However it was a labor of love but you probably spent more good time afield while we were working. Can't beat the positive feeling when you make something that others admire.

I was very short on time. The house I was living in sold and I had less than 2 months to get a place bought and moved out. So I stopped in on a Friday in Halletsville to look at them Memorial Day weekend and bought one on Sunday.
