Man I wish I had a billet SBR lower to put it on like you and tanner... I'm stuck with a PSA forged lower for my SBR lol. Oh well could be worse I guess. Could not have a SBR at all.

Mine too... I sent in my SBR the same time as my first can stamp.. It's been like 2-3 weeks and feels like 6 months already lol. It doesn't help looking at tanners builds day after day..

Is this preferred on any AR type weapon, or just SBR, or a specialty design? I was thinking I want a side charging gun, but never see them, so I figured I had a bad idea.

You rarely see them because you can hardly find them.
Certainly not a bad idea.

They are also preferable to suppressed guns too because with the side charger you don't get a face full of gas when you shoot like you do with the traditional AR charging system.

It came with the bcg? Was it a 223 bcg, and are the bolts replacable like a standard bcg?

Yes sir, comes with complete Nickel Baron BCG with 223 bolt in it. You can take it apart just like the regular BCG so I'm sure you could replace the bolt.
