Jack Russell Terrorist! They are great little hunting dogs and not all of them are high strung. Exactly! People are always talking about how high strung they are or how hyper they are. Mine is perfectly content to lay in my lap and sleep for hours. But make no mistake, when it's play time she sets her speed control on "ludicrous". And just as quickly turns it off when the game is over. She plays with me like she's a Jack Russell Rottweiler. She plays with my Wife like she's a loveable Lab. She plays with the Grandkids like they're made out of glass. That's the perfect Dog.

Mine is almost 13 years old now. Great dog, but he has been challenging at times, especially in his younger days.

Keep me posted on his injury. I would also like to see him after he heel up. That injury looks painful.
