Was this around lake abilene by any chance? If it was on his place, it is NE of town. He's got a sweet setup going out there.

Was this around lake abilene by any chance? If it was on his place, it is NE of town. He's got a sweet setup going out there. cool. I just bought a house NE of town out on spinks rd. I had some pigs coming threw the back of my property during deer season but I never shot any of them and sure as Hell never saw any that big on any of my game cams. Maybe this little rain will get them coming back threw again.

Spinks is on the NW side of town, in Tye I believe. You're only about 3-4 miles from where I live.

Nice pig. Nice of your wife to let you use her gun.  I've had this gun longer than the wife,,, LOL. It's probably killed more critters the past 20 years than most varmint hunters have dreamed of. It also still shoots under 1/2" with my handloads. The skull is getting cleaned up next to an ant bed. I live out on N. Elmdale. This is the 2nd monster I've busted since November and over 60 have taken a dirt nap. I expect to see more the next few days after this wet spell.
