Great looking bird! I'm hoping to one day bag a Mallard Pintail Hybrid.

The reason i believe its not a brewers duck is usually on a brewers duck the bill has the color pattern of an pintail and the colors are yellow and black. The duck I mounted was a greyish/blue except the nail which was black. Secondly above the speculum is a off shade patch like that of a widgeon, brewer ducks dont usually have that. Hers is a brewers duck done by another taxidermist, and one sitting in the water just for reference.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!
