An easy way to check to see if you have a bent barrel. Remove barrel from gun. Look inside the barrel at arm's length at a straight object like a power pole. Look from the chamber to the muzzle. You will see a shadow about 1/4 in. wide. That shadow should run all the way of the barrel without turning up on the side. If it turns up on either side your barrel is bent.

Gun was made for shooting crossing shots from right to left. "Built in lead" (You believe this don't cha?).  Seriously, I'd see about that front sight. Maybe set crooked!

Several shops can bend a shotgun barrel to change the impact point of the pattern. That may be an option...
