Price? Acreage? you know where can i find that type of info? The info is in the very first post in the thread. Gonna be dang hard to find a lease ifin you don't read the info provided. 2200-2400 acres we can't get an accurate reading. Lots of Mule deer and Whitetail. Hogs, turkey, a few quail and dove.
We have a camp with water and electric. I think this year we have a total of 11 hunters need to find 1 more to make it 12. Next year a group is getting off and we are only gonna fill it back to 10 hunters.
Property consists of some former CRP fields then the rest is heavy cover with mesquites and cedars. There is water on the property in a tank that holds year round and then a creek that has natural springs.
Because it is so late in the season we are asking $1500 original price is $2000 for the year.
