I got mine out of that stack on the right, sans handles. They have piles of 'em in Decatur fellas.

we ate from a disc my whole life growing up. ground meat, tomatoes, onions, jalapenoes and beer. being from west texas, fresh tortillas were plentiful. to me, this is the best

all the mexican-cooked discada i've
had started with the chopped bacon
to get the grease, a can of coke,
cook the beef,the chorizo,onions,
maters, chopped jalepeno. i've seen
some white folks try to use hot dogs
instead of chorizo, but never saw a
mexican cook do that. if i eat a hot dog
it's gotta be cooked the regular way.
i've seen one mexican use some chopped up
ham with the rest of the regular stuff.
it's really a simple recipe and too
many try to make it too elaborate and
difficult and add stuff that doesn't belong.
