Clear Fork east of Graham!
I quarted my doe pulled backstraps (had for dinner) and tenders got all hamburger and was ONLY $38.00!!!!!!!!!!!! Clear Fork does an awesome job and stays very, very busy. The guys there, Jeremy and Danny will treat you solid. I only wish they made jerky but oh well.

Doziers in Fulshear TX. Excellent Deer and Hog processing...I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Teels on the north side of Weatherford I've heard pros and cons on that place. Do you know if they actually process your deer, or are all deer processed together? Kenny Freds processes one deer at a time. I can assure you, Stephanie is a stickler for detail. Yes, you get YOUR deer back.

I hunt in Oakwood, near Palestine and the best processor in the area is C&C in Elkhart. $65 for a processed deer (steaks and ground meat) fast turn around and excellent sausage for a little more.

same here, you never jknow if your going to get your own meat back and all of it, i actually deboned it while it was hanging...made it easy not having to work with the quartered peices sliding and moving on a table.

Neils in Whitt, TX for Taxidermy or processing. He is an excellent taxidermist and a very good processor as well. Summer sausage is great. Good jerky. And he is priced right too. Neil Anderson 940-859-9363

Jeff at The Deershop in Como/Pickton area has done us right. He picked the business up right where his dad left off. Pricing is right, and a genuinely good dude. Hand boned, no saws

Schott's west of Helotes on Hwy 16 I think it is. If you like dry sausage, this place is tough to beat. If it can be beat, I haven't found the place yet. Everything else they do I would rate as average or typical.
Those who give up liberty for security deserve neither.
