Have you tried it with a weapon mounted light at night?

I bought the iScope in December, and I agree that it is a good concept. However, I have had to try it on 3 different rifles, and the iScope does not fit over the eyepiece on the 2 Zeiss scopes that I have on the bolt guns. In addition to that, I tried it on a X Bolt that I have a Nikon Monarch on, and the bolt can't retract because the tightening screws block it. I think that before you buy it, it is worth looking into whether your scope will be impacted by a bolt. I think I have to use it on my semi auto HK in order to get it to work.

I am glad you mentioned that, as my main rifle has a long action bolt. I could still use it on the AR though, as long as it doesn't get in the way of my charging handle.

Is there any way to find out what diameter of eyepiece will accomodate it? It was mentioned that some scopes it didn't fit on.

yes and it does interfere if trying to cycle the bolt or on my ruger it does. heavy recoiling guns will be a problem as i dont even shoulder the gun, if you shoulder the gun the view finder will be right in your face.

Ok been out for a few days, just saw this Q. Of all my scopes, none of the ones I have set and zeroed on my bolt guns are able to accommodate the iScope. I just measured my iScope eyepiece opening, and it measures a little more than 1.5 inches diameter. I have a Zeiss Duralyt 3-12x50 and a Zeiss Victory Varipoint 3-12x56, and both of these eyepieces are larger than the opening can allow. Additionally with my Varipoint, it is not a complete eyepiece with a circular frame due to the electronics housing that makes the eyepiece larger than the iScope can accommodate.

The iScope barely fits over the eyepiece of my Nikon Monarch, but the little felt pads get knocked off before I can set the screws. The adjustable rubber eye relief ring on the scopes seems to be what the iScope cannot fit over.

When I was researching the Iscope, I didn't see an inclusive list with the different types of scopes that the eyepiece could accommodate; since I have mostly European scopes with 30 inch tubes and larger eyepieces maybe this is the reason why.

Additionally the length of draw on the bolt is a problem due to the tightening screws on the eyepiece of the iScope. If you have a long draw on your bolt, it will more than likely not work. If you're sure of your aim and you have good shot placement, you may not need a follow up shot. I think that the iScope was designed to use with scopes that either are 3-9x40 or smaller, just not my big Night Eater scopes that we are accustomed to here in Germany on our bolt guns. I watched the video from the President of the company and sure enough, he was using an AR to test it out.

Getting an AR over here in Germany is about as hard to do as it will be in the States soon~

Korea is nothing like Germany, and no amount of Army Modernization propaganda will convince me otherwise. I miss my wife and kids something fierce
