We use 3-12x56mm scopes out here with illuminated reticles for low light hunting. The larger the objective lens, the more light transmission. I stick with Zeiss and Nikon although I really would love to get a trijcon accupoint if the damn retailers weren't so afraid of export restriction guidelines.

Over here we don't get to be spoiled with the night vision scopes that are available in the states, even though we do all of our pig hunting at night. If you use NVGs or Night scopes here, the Polizei will probably find out and will confiscate ALL of your guns with no due process or chance at getting them back.

How's that for gun control?? God, I miss Texas!
