All I ask is to see the autopsy reports, and the autopsy photos of the bullet or bullet fragments....
10mm Isn't that uncommon. Not too sure why a woman would choose it, but my fiance now carried a .40 cal which is nearly the same...
I would tend to question the AR as a choice for a woman.

I have a EAA Witness 10MM. If you were to do the research you would find that the 40S&W is the result of "fine tuning" the 10mm. It was initionally intended for the feds. After one shoot out in Atlanta they stopped using it because it was killing the guy "behind" the guy because it had so much power and penetration. After a bit of "adjusting" and fine tuning, the .40S&W was born. If you were reloading them, .40 and 10mm is the same bullet and the same dies. It is about the same theory and the 38Spec/.357mag or .44 Spec/.44Mag.
Another thing is that a 10mm will penetrate a standard class III+ body armor vest but a .40S&W will not. 40's have been known to deflect off windshields at certain angles. That is why the 10mm is my gun of choice on the MEX border smuggling areas. Smugglers have been known to wear body armor too.
