City is paying $90k to A&M to find out something I could have told them for free. Yes, we are grossly over-populated with deer, and yes, the same deer stay here year round. They are fed pets. Why would they move off?
Quite a few years back I leased a place here in Bandera that was owned by some people that lived in the Dominion near San Abtonio. They gave me some paper work that you had to fill out to get deer that they were going to trap there. It wasn't worth the trouble and headaches.
