why San Antonio? i thought everyone was to meet in Austin I have a full load headed to San Antonio . Hope to see everyone down there!

why San Antonio? i thought everyone was to meet in Austin I have a full load headed to San Antonio . Hope to see everyone down there! We Texans have made a stand in San Antonio before, but this time we are meeting just north of there.

Jan.19 is a Saturday. So I would think there would be less people around on Saturday. I think a better day of the weel would be better. I know more people are off on Sat., but that I would think means less at capital as well.

I know more people are off on Sat., but that I would think means less at capital as well. You are really missing the point. Holding it on a Saturday is to try to maximize turnout. Yes, there aren't legislators in the Texas capitol on Saturday, but we aren't really trying to reach the state legislators. This is a show of unity, and a show of numbers. If you can bring 20,000 people or more to each state capitol to protest one topic, does it really matter what day it is on? People will notice the numbers.

So are you satisfied with what you have seen so far? I'm not not at all!! This issue is not over yet we still need to go out and show our support for our rights! No Corey, I'm not satisfied. I have pasted this all over and very surprised by the apathy shown by many of my fellow gun owners. Many on the net seem to think that we won today and no more worries. With the limitations being set at the state level such as those like NY, this is only the beginning.
