No bullet holes, appeared to have been hit with a car. I cant be certain, but it sure as hell looks like him. Sad.

I hate that kind of feeling... frown

regret:
1. A sense of loss and longing for someone or something gone.
A feeling of disappointment or distress about something that one wishes could be different.

Regrets?-none!

Like most of you I made a decision at the time based on sound reasoning and avaliable information. Some of my decision may have been a mistake, but I have learned from them and hope not to make the same mistakes again, but NO REGRETS!

Dave

Wish I had read the bottom of the AR rules, (they need to put that at the top of the page, lol) would have had a nice time next year trying to hunt down that old 6. Maybe his son will be wider next year. Cant wait to get to work on the property for next year an doing some hog hunting. Going to try to get back into spear hunting if my shoulder holds out.

I got busted by this really nice buck at 10 yards when I turned my body to look out the window of my pop up during bow season. If I hadn't he would have walked right in front of me and I would of had a broadside shot. Never had another daylight sighting of him.

First time poster here, but I felt inclined to post on this thread because this season went very well for me with zero regrets.

Opening day, passed up on a wide 11 point because I hesitated and he ran off chasing a doe. A few minutes later, a beautiful 12pt walks out and down he goes. Great buck for Llano county.

Shot two does early in the season. Then closing day, I got the cull buck I had been waiting on all season.
Most of all, I got to do a lot of bonding with my FIL and stocked my freezer plenty. It was a great season and I already miss it.
