Thanks all and I hope everyone had a good Christmas, we had to slide through the Arbuckle Mountains but all else was great. The girls from Jantz wanted to look at the corn cob knife when finished then I will find time to make a sheath for it. Then I will be ready to get rid of it I wanted it for myself but got talked out of it and really I do not need it.

corn on the cob update: I hate this stuff it looks good but as I was bringing it to work today to show it off the temperature change from indor to outdor caused two of the cernals to pop out. It looks good but I can't sell a knife I can't count on I will use no more corn cob period it failed the test. So now what I may rehandle or just throw it in the misfit bucket. Knife will not leave my shop with that handle frown

Misfit bucket? Send it to me! I promise I'll use it.

I hate redoing the scales... sold it as a blem today to a co worker, guy was happy he got a heck of a knife for a heck of a price and now I can just move on. I filled the missing cernals with epoxy you couldn't even tell but I could so he got it for cost.
