 LMAO ! j/k. I have had poison ivy on my johnson a few times and I have to agree with the others, go get a steriod shot. Nothing else will work as quickly or effectively. On a side note, enjoy this time while it is swollen larger than normal with a feeling of increased confidence.

Bleach or rubbing alcohol. what I've always used and it's dried up quick fast and in a hurry!!....not sure you wanna use it around mandingo though!!

what I've always used and it's dried up quick fast and in a hurry!! that's the last thing I'd want for me nether regions. Bad enough in the winter as it is!  Technu is the stuff if you catch it early. Otherwise, I'm thinking steroid shot. See if doc can give you a little "extra steroid boost" while he's at it. Get more bang for your pain.

I had in that area before. The worst is yet to come for you if you don't go to the doctor and get a shot. I used the Zanfyl on the area. It was like pulling your thing with sand paper. But it was the the best feeling ever since it wasn't itching. That's the best way I can describe it.  1000 grit is not as harsh as the 60 grit.

If you know you've come in contact with it, wash down with dawn soap. It will remove the oils and prevent yourself from breaking out.
When in high school I did groundskeeping at my church/cementary. This included frequently cleaning off about 300 yards of fence that backed up to wooded areas. Nearly the entire lenght was full of poison ivy growing through it.
Our boss told us we had 8 hours to do it. We could go with Cain Knifes/Machetes for the full 8 hours and probably not catch poison ivy, or we could attack it with weed eaters, knock it out in an hour and go home and almost certainly catch it.
We always opted for the weed eaters and tried to cover every square inch of our body with clothes, although that never worked. I'd catch it head to toe nearly every time.
Then someone told me about dawn soap. We would clean the fence in shorts and short sleeves with weed eaters. Head back to the shop, strip down to our underwear, lather up with dawn soap, rinse, and go home. Never broke out with a rash again.
