I've seen plenty of deer dead laying alongside HF because they either got out & couldn't get back in, or was just trying to get in & died of dehydration. I tried to help a couple of does once that were on their very last leg, I finally did them a favor & just cut their throat & threw them in the truck. Can't count the number of dead fawns I've seen stuck in a HF.

I really don't have a problem with HF or LF and have been involved with both. I am more for property rights than I am for hunting methods. I just enjoy a good argument and had some time to kill

I'm all for HF with the restriction that they have to be 18" off of the ground. They keep their trophy bucks and I can have the yearlings.
