If you have ever hunted here, you will go back. imagine seeing a herd of deer coming to the feeder about 20 to 30 in a line, bucks and does...picking the largest one and taking the shot from all of his stands are good, no rinky dink stands here. Cody, his son, has aged a few years but his knowledge of deer being trained by his dad and the doctor he will amaze you at how little you really know about deer. I have been hunting for forty years and Cody was 9 or 10 when I met him and knew everything I knew and some things i didn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

avid deer hunter that is disable but God has still blessed me.

Thank you for the kind words about my son Jerry, I am blessed that my son Cody enjoys the outdoors as much as I and even more. He had a husband and wife hunting with him this weekend and they got so tied up in talking about deer, the ranch and baseball while sitting in the blind it almost got dark on them before his hunter pulled the trigger on some fine venison.

The 257 Weatherbys strike again! We had a great weekend with you guys. Cody and John will do everything they can to put you on a good deer, they are extremely knowledgeable about deer habits and movement, and really care about the ranch they're managing. Top notch father/son team, great property to hunt, and some big deer on the place. I enjoyed the conversations with John and hearing from his stories and talks about how proud he is of his son. You can't go wrong with these guys; I hope to get back sooner than later. Pic of KentuckyNative's cull buck and mine on the bottom.

John is having problems putting pictures on the forum. He sent some to me and I can't figure out how to get a email picture here to the forum or to the photobucket. You have got to see these good looking deer that were taken at BowsnRods.

Mr. Don i hope you figure out how to get them posted.Did he send you the axis pic also? We had a really good time to say that John and Cody are a clas act is an understatement that was without a doubt the very best i have ever been treated on a hunt and those two are very fine people indeed.
