Gents, I can't help you with a lease but I can help you get your feeders up and running, blinds in etc. let me know when the time comes and I'll do whatever I can to help get you guys going.

If we found a land owner that wanted to lease to us it would be a lump for the year. I doubt that anyone would do month to month.

Well gents, Ive contacted 2 lease owners in
east texas. one of the leases is 12000 acres at 700 dollars for the year, located in hardin county, we wouldnt be the only leasees on the property. The second is 3500 acres in angelina county tx and the price is 725, not sure how many hunters would be on this property. the first is 5 hours from fort worth and the second is 4 hours from fort worth. I should be hearing something anytime now, so I need to know how many of you are serious about getting a slot on this lease as soon as possible.

Bass, I am serious and will be in. You are saying $700 and $725 a person, correct? I would like to see how many hunters are already on the place though.

What is the deals on the lease.... are families aloud....is there hook ups for campers or is there lodging are there hogs or another wildlife...is it per season or yearly
