Woodies was all my duck woods had when I was growing up, and it was pretty much jump shooting. I had two five to ten acre farm ponds loaded with timber and a creek to hunt them on....They definately march to their own beat, you pretty much have to be where they going. I'm going to try adding a half a dozen woodie decoys to my spread and I already have a DC wood duck call but from what I have seen in the past I'm probably beating a dead horse but I figure adding the woodies will help as a confidence decoy to pull in the other species that do respond to decoys and a call.....

Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
