You know, I think this is the first account I've read where the hunter did every single thing by the book. I know guys that have been hunting 50 years that would have made the wrong decision 3 or 4 times along the way. Congratulations on the buck, congratulations on your preparation, and congratulations on making a dozen correct decisions!

Thank you sir....I was determined to find that deer! if that blood dog didn't find it, I would have sat out there for a week waiting on buzzards to show me the way and thoughts of helicopter rental were entering my mind! lol
